The placement and curve of that line of stitches (zipper?) looks fine, the character's contours are okay too, but the shading both in the hair and on the body looks very sloppy and unfinished.

You know, this isn't completely bad, but overall it just doesn't look like any serious work went into this. I just don't have anything really good nor really bad to say...

But if you spent time drawing a line of stitches so tiny, you are certainly also capable of adding good texture and details to the hair, nose and mouth, neck muscles and shoulder blades, etc.
